Meet Piglet. At 16, he is our oldest pig and was brought to us by a sweet woman who was no longer able to care for him. She loves him dearly and sends financial support for him when she can. Since he is old and doesn’t have many more years ahead, she has asked that he not be adopted out and stay with us at SFR. We agreed and he has made SFR his forever home. Whenever possible, our goal is to rehab and find homes for animals. However, there are some that require special medical care and will need to remain here. Piglet is one of those special ones and we are committed to giving him the best home possible.
